In Episode 9, Bae Su-bong (played by Lim Se-mi) calls Choi Michaela (played by Lee Sung-kyung) and Kim Jun-a (played by Kim Kyu-ri) for brunch. Here, Su-bong expresses her surprise at seeing Do-ha's past (Jun-a), present (Michaela), and future (herself) all meet face to face. She tells the two ladies that because she and Do-ha will marry soon, this is why it's better for him to settle things with the past to resolve matters and finish things in the present now before he marries her.
