In the epilogue of episode 3, a drunken Gu Se-ra (Nana) is seen sitting at this bus stop, and Seo Gong-myeong (Park Sung-hoon), who came looking for her, falls asleep leaning on the drunken woman's shoulder. In episode 7, Gong-myeong is at this bus stop again, this time calling Se-ra.

When the boy laments that adults won't let him win, Se-ra retorts that children too must taste the hardships of society. In Episode 9 (overall Episode 5), the scene reappears where Se-ra talks about an ordinance bill on training secret neighborhood agents to protect children at risk of abuse.

After they shake hands, she heads to the connecting pedestrian overpass, feeling overwhelmed.

In episode 4, Gu Se-ra (Nana) watches child drivers cross the road and says something absurd to Seo Gong-myeong (Park Sung-hoon). Here she learns that Mawon-gu is in deficit and may not be able to pay salaries to employees or city council members. Later in the episode's epilogue, Gong-myeong tries to explain to Se-ra how significant the decision in the council is, and reminds himself that his only goal after taking office was to earn a lot of money.
