In Episode 2, Lee Yeon (Lee Dong-wook) and Nam Ji-ah (Cho Bo-ah) travel to Eohwa-do to investigate the mystery of a severed head found by a fisherman. Ji-ah is also searching for answers about why her parents visited this island before she was born, carrying a photo of them standing before a sea cave. In the forest, they find a forgotten spirit, and Ji-ah is told she will find her answers on the north side of the island, where she discovers the Jangsansa cave. She realizes it is the same cave as in the old photo.
